BEWARE! I May Take A Bite Out Of You!

The Agenda was to make a video that is 60 seconds or less and makes people uncomfortable watching it. Cannibalism is what I chose to present to my viewers. Hope it makes them squirm.

Target Rant (Monologue)

Only 60 seconds to get my point across? I think I succeeded.

My Monalisa of Words!

Word as Image? What? How Could it be?

Harmonious and Contrast pieces only using text from newspaper? And to make it as an image at that? Impossible without digitally enhancement programs such as Photoshop? WRONG! It can be done.

Product: Newspaper and glue! Who Knew!

Don't leave a hand in nature....it turns into an ant hill.

NATURE AT ITS BEST.

I believe that this piece although my second is my absolute favorite. I pulled many of 24hr nights and worked my a** off on it. I'm proud. That's my self critique.

MODULARRRRRRRR MADDDNEESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!

MODULARRRRRRRR MADDDNEESSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!  I just wanted to repeat the scream! It's that Epic! Epic I say Epic...Why you may ask? Because it has to be life-sized taking up more space than I. We were supposed to create and Abstract sculpture..you know "non-representational" with items that we find anywhere. Shessh glad it wasn't cardboard or I would have had to protest! Being the broke college student I am I decided to use something free and that I could find in bulk. And JACKPOT! I hit the goldmine by using the gumballs or coco bugs as I've also heard them being called that fall off the trees on campus.

My Utensils: Hot glue and a wild imagination. Here are my dreams coming true

The baking process in order to sterilize my product...the bugs were attacking!
The process of making their foot-holds

A better look at the progress

It has to be sturdy!

Ahhhh the Woven Baskets

Connecting them was a breeze

The Golden Arch

Getting quite complicated now

Look at that craftsmanship

Cardboard C.R.A.B. The final Installment

                                    THE FINISHED PRODUCT

Self Critique: Watch the glue, wrap carefully, and even in doubt thing creatively to make cardboard to the things you would like them to do or at least appear like it's doing so.
